<<My biggest concern with HSOA is that with all these lawsuits pending (as bogus as they are) will companies like Home Depot steer business away from HSOA because of them? That's my biggest concern. Thoughts?>>

IOW, HD isn't likely to steer away from HSOA simply because HSOA has a couple of lawsuits pending against it, when it too has been in the same boat many times. It's damn near impossible to be a publicly traded company without facing a SH class action at some point.

Reminder: there are only two actual lawsuits (with a grand total of two plaintiffs!) out there. All of the other law firms that issued PRs were merely announcing that a lawsuit had been filed, and were throwing their lines in the water in hopes of landing a few more plaintiffs. And as you note, those lawsuits make incredibly weak claims that really do not state a basis for legal redress.
