You are failing to understand the problem. Go back and do some basic research before throwing in your two cents.

Although I have provided you with sufficient information for you to draw the correct conclusion, you have failed to do so. I do not wish to repeat my last post on this subject so I suggest that you read the information again and note the dates.

Then go and look at the dates of the 'elections' and also the press coverage on who or what was running for office and how they were campaigning. Then review the Sunni participation, the 'Constitution' and its required timeline and then the US pushing the Sunnis back into the process.

The 'administration' is not a single entity. The many entities, including the neocons, who made up the administration at that time had their own agendas.

I just covered this in the privatisation of oil fields argument between the Neocons and BigOil. BigOil would want to extract, over time, the largest profit from a limited resource while Wolfowitz apparently wanted to destroy OPEC for the sake of Israel.

Bush would side with BigOil which is, after all, part of his self-proclaimed BASE.

What, exactly, is my ideology?

Define it since it upsets you so.

Are you suggesting that the Bush administration invaded Iraq and deliberately made a mess of it in order to force oil prices UP, therefore creating profit for oil companies?

There are many theories out there, accusing Bush of various superhumanly clever conspiracies... Usually, they are offered by the same people who consider the entire Administration to be a bunch of morons.... ;)
