"Bob Brinker cancelled library subscriptions for his newsletter after the QQQQ advice blew up"

Apparently accurate chronologically, motivation a matter of speculation--unproven.

"Bob Brinker posted false advertising in his newsletter and his web site regarding his Hulbert Rating"

Disputed--remains unproven.

"Hundreds and hundreds of Brinker subscribers put a FULL THIRD of their TOTAL INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS into QQQQ when it was in the $80's and they still hold that trade that is now an investment."

"Hundreds and hundreds"? How do you know who holds what? Any documentation for those figures? Who would know? Where is the research? Where are these stats available?--probably greatly exaggerated and completely unproven speculation.

"Bob Brinker canceled marketimer subscriptions to many, many people whose only sin was to complain about Bob Brinker on public message boards with their real name or a first name and a city.

How many is "many, many"? Seems quite vague--I thought the estimate was "many", then it was one or maybe two, then it was "many" again. Now it's "many, many". More unreliable, undocumentable hearsay.

Lieutenant Kirk rides up to General Washington on his horse (or General Patton in his jeep, same thing) and says Hey Boss! I got a message but I don't got it written, but someone told me that somebody said that somebody reported that there was this Brit that said...General says, hey kid, wait a minute, you got this straight, didn't the sender give you some written document to deliver?...Well, yes, boss, but I thought you'd rather just hear it from me the way I heard it from the guy who heard it from...so I didn't think that was important, I got it here somewhere, but I don't think I can find it now, and I might have lost it and besides, my version is a whole lot more interesting and dramatic! The Father of our Country says "Go away, kid, yer wasting my time. Let me know when ya got somethin real."
