My Bible was printed in 1901. In the Bible are maps of the holy land. It clearly shows the nation of Palestine as a separate state from Syria. It's clearly labeled "Palestine".

Your Bible, being concerned with biblical matters, is a whole lot more concerned with the layout of Palestine in the 1st century ce - when it was called Judea - than in the layout of Ottoman vileyats.

Then Palestine is the historical state and home of the Arabs and the Jews. The 12 tribes.

Anybody talking about he 12 tribes of Israel is talking about 1000 bce, not 1901.

All of this was thrown up into the air in 1948 when Palestine was taken from it's inhabitants and title to the land was delivered to the Jews and renamed Israel.

Stop making up facts. Most of the "inhabitants" didn't have title before 1948, the Brits and the Turks did. Those who had title to their land were not deprived of it by the UN, but by the war that the Arabs decided on and lost.
