Why would Iran attack anyone?

It's possible that all of these juvenile delinquents who pass as world leaders have gone off of their collective rockers but what would be the benefit of Iran or Syria or anyone else to strike anyone else first?

The policy of 'pre-emption' is a US/Israeli administration policy. The US admin hid it under the WMD mantle while the Israeli admin hid it behind two kidnapped soldiers. The US did a better job of hiding which is why the Israeli 'response' looks so obviously outsized.

It's time for adults with cooler heads to prevail before this spins out of control and the entire world is sucked into Iraq-like misery.

Iraq only has about 25 million people. Iran has 3 times that.

The US doesn't even have enough boots on the ground in Iraq without having to pull from one part of the country just to try and bring security to Baghdad. This doesn't bode well for a fullscale invasion anywhere....

thank goodness for limited resources.
