Hezbollah, unlike Al Qaeda, has not declared war on the US. They do not attack American citizens or US targets. They are purely against Israel. Hence the US needs to play a neutral role and not side with Israel.

I do not understand why Bush has branded Hezbollah a terrorist organization and lumped it with Al Qaeda. Is it the American-Jewish lobby who are perched in the US and have their loyalties elsewhere who are acting as such?

Al Qaeda is a greater threat to the US. And Bush needs to deal with that first. The Arabs will deal with Hezbollah and their issues.
