Bush appointed Rice to a job she was not qualified for to camouflage the whites-only mentality in his rightwing administration. It is painfully obvious that such characters are Condi Rice are tokens. Rice had no experience in physical security matters when she was appointed to National Security Advisor. She didn't even know what Al Qaida was and didn't once mention terrorism prior to 9-11. She helped let 9-11 happen. Colin Powell was qualified, but look what they did to him. They almost never backed him up. They just wanted a yes-man and didn't want Powell to express his own opinions. They set him up and used him to parrot their lies to the UN then pulled the carpet out from under him. SO he's gone, and replaced by the less qualified Rice, who failed her way up due to her skin color and close personal relationship with GW. Who else is there? Not a single black GOP congressman. Ken Blackwell in Florida helped them cheat tens of thousands of blacks out of their right to vote. Bush's domestic policy advisor who is black was arrested for shoplifting, showing he's only in the GOP for the money. And that's about it.
