There are plenty of other issues in the ME, I agree, and Africa has many problems. Most of the issues are related to resources however, land being one of the large ones. Iraq in Kuwait was one such issue, although the western media largely tried to claim it was Saddam's attempt to take over the ME. If Mexico behaved to the USA the way Kuwait did to Iraq, we would invade as well.
