Michael...it IS easy to bash Bush about Iraq. Iraq has cost over 2500 killed, 20,000 wounded and $300 BILLION dollars and Iraq is likely to be MORE dangerous to the Middle East NOW than it ever could have been under Saddam.

It's ALSO likely to be more dangerous to the U.S. because it's becoming a client state of Iran, rather than the buffering state it was when Saddam was in charge.

The bombing of Belgrade was very meticulous and pretty much avoided civilian casualties. The "intelligence" at that time seemed to indicate that Milosevic did NOT have a deeply ingrained support among the general population. The intelligence proved to be right and Milosevic accepted his demise.

The difference between Clinton's actions and Bush's was COMPETENCE.
