The bigger they are, the harder they finance. You always ask, where is the money to develop it going to come from? Let's say it cost $200 mill to build. That is the issuance of 125 million shares. Is GMP going to do a bought deal on that?

Even without the Mongolian government's tendency to tie land mines to it's feet, the Oyu Tolgai has been constantly seeking major financing. It's grade and size have to be considered very good, even if large parts of it are not open pit.
