How do you know Rove isn't going to be indicted? All you have to go on his Rove's attorney's press release. No other information. Rawstory reported a source with a link. That source is usually very credible. Maybe they are here too. They quoted an insider in the court saying there was a sealed indictment. He witness personally saw it. But no one knows who it's for. The obvious candidate was Rove. Maybe it's him or someone else. I canm tell this. Fitzgerald did not call a 2nd Grand Jury to indict no one but Libby. Cheney is ultimately to blame, as well as Bush himself. They outed CIA agent Plame duriong war-time, on purpose. That's treason.
