Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld — were known within the administration as "the crazies." We must add the word 'incompetent' to that description. I think Babs Bush, pearls and all, said it absolutely clearly for her tribe of crazy incompetents after Katrina hit. She thought that it was a lucky thing that poor Katrina victims were stuck in a dome in Texas. After all, she mused, they didn't have anything to begin with so this was a treat. I wonder if Dubyette thinks the same thing about Iraq. Heck, they're FREE so even thought they're living and dying in hell-on-earth courtesy of Dubyette, BigOil and the Neocons, they should be grateful. These people are so out to lunch, they no longer qualify as part of the human race.
