I'm not sure I wouldn't prefer it. Half of my stash is short-term until January. I'd rather have a LT gain and I suspect I'd be better off holding my nose and taking the ABX for a few months.

Too bad even with a bidding war it'll likely be resolved before EOY. <g/ng>

Perhaps, but I think Goldcorp already has a pretty full plate right now. Still, it's possible.
