"doh" what? i hope you're not laboring under the illusion that any 'federal programs to gather info' are actually going to protect you?
anyone who thinks terrorism can be stopped with more federal programs is in need of deprogramming himself.

quite a strong showing in the face of a much weaker PoG. the rally in the Dow is presumably helping.
unfortunately for the stock market at large though, Barron's most recent cover story proclaims 'time to buy' in large, bold letters. considering the magazine's cover excellent record as a contrary indicator, any broader stock market strength should be strictly limited to the short term.

this should prove even to the denser types among us that the old bromide "if you haven't done anything wrong you have nothing to fear from our new fascistic police state" is total b*llcrap.
it's downright disgusting how many people still feel compelled to throw their support behind this nonsense. oh well, nothing that an unexpected entry on the 'no fly' list won't cure i guess.
