Dare Assad to accept back Golan. Offer it to him publicly. The loss of Golan is his reason to be rejectionist. Lets see how he reacts to the return of golan and trust but verify re: what the land is used for. Assad is in bed with iran not onlyl because of israel but also because of the hatred and lack of respect he engenders among the sunni arab nations. Maybe to make the point, they should offer him a seat at their table along with israel to sort out the mideast wars once and for all. Pals welcome too.
