Now you know that isn't true. There was a time when we were willing to sit down and talk, but it was you all who weren't interested; who, in fact, called us unpatriotic/unAmerican/and many other names for not willingly going to war in Iraq.

For example, I don't think the Constitution is being violated by the Bush administration.

In fact, it is. Ask any consitutional legal expert will tell you so. You want to believe it isn't happening because you don't want to admit you've made a big mistake.

Instead reckless charges are simply being thrown out for political purposes, as you are doing.

Reckless? No. An honest appraisal? Yes.
