Isra'El to become a true democracy, would need to do the following:

1) allow all Palestinian refugees to return to their land and allow them to vote (one "man", one vote).

2) take the Star of David (Magen David, "Shield of David") off its flag.

3) Stop referring to itself as the "Jewish" state.

4) Allow equal building rights to Arab populations.

5) Remove the distinctions of a Palestinian Arab automobile license plate from that of a Jewish Palestinian automobile license plate.

Those immediately come to mind...there are more.
