I think that your idea is very interesting... in some ways... but you must recognize realities, some of which I pointed out in my post. Never mind a secular mixed society - Islamists consider even most of the existing Islamic regimes to be not truly Muslim, and would like to radicalize them way beyond where they stand today. Will they agree to live as equals with a bunch of assorted infidels? Foggedaboudit. As you yourself said, maybe in a thousand years.

Iraq isn't for anybody. They are carefully not permitting a single Iraqi Jew to return, and the US has been quiet about it. As things are going, Iraq may wind up being for Shia and Kurds only.

The Jews aren't just a religion, they are a people, and they want a state, having had rotten experiences as minorities. They have a state. They don't want to go back to trusting in the goodness of princes.
