Kerry is telling the truth. He is a top-notch diplomat, a real statesman, easily ass skilled as any president we've ever seen. And having been through combat, he knows how serious war is, and that it can't just be used as some political trick, or some toy for an egotistical president to play with like some game of RISK. If Kerry were president we would be in far better shape all around the globe. But without being pacifists or wimpy about using force when needed. And sometimes it is needed. Very much so.
