Ouch! It's hard to put any credence in a report produced by the person who made such an elementary mistake, even if he or someone else eventually found it. CZZ was on my list to get to this weekend, but maybe I won't bother after reading this. Thanks John. LC

Good news. 25,4% IRR is much more in line with the level of risk of that project and will definitively help its financing. And exploration is still going on. Let's nickel! JP

I have confirmed that Berry has previously written favorably about CZZ. The following message from Bookerel is probably correct and on target. While there seems to be little interest by individual investors in CZZ U am really enthused that Berry likes CZZ. However, I learned yesterday that Dr Micheal Berry was in Calgary last week doing show and tell with some brokers and he is all over CZZ like a cheap suit. He is a very well connected, far sighted analyst who thinks big picture and LONG term. No formal coverage yet that I know of, but there will be soon. Meanwhile he loves the CZZ story, thinks we have only scratched the surface in terms of reserves, and sooner rather than later, we will be taken out by (type in your best guess here). My guess is that it won't be until after the BFS is done. Berry is credible in my eyes because he was partially responsible for getting Birch Mountain from about $2.00 to over $9.00 before it fell way back, but it's now recovering. Because I did so well on Birch, I am hoping that Dr. Berry can do for CZZ what he did for BMD. They are both what he calls "Legacy Investments." High quality, long term reserves, low op costs, no political risk, good markets and tons of upside if you're in early. Bookerel
