I confess i dont see you logic here paul- its very unclear to me why owners like you and me would approve this deal as it will be difficult to trade the stock on the swedish exchange so i dont think the merger will be approved. secondly if you read the ciruclar which i received yesterday. the official valuation given, which these guys love to low-ball anyway is c$13.50-c$20 so the offer is on the low side of what i believe to be a low-ball valuaton to begin with. I've held most of my shares, and will continue to do so until the dust settles. It wouldnt surprise to me to see them increase their offer if it isnt approved.
