I could certainly accept a public health rationale for regulating perfume- especially in buildings open to the public. I mentioned that in a previous post- since I saw the opening sentence and knew where you were going.

Flashing lights trigger epileptic episodes in some people. Should we ban the use of disco balls*? Should we bar the use of sequins or other bright baubles on clothes?

* I am only asking about banning disco balls to protect the public here, not other reasons.
