yeah well Bush can't get his approval ratings out of the toilet no matter what he does and that is because all the FISCAL conservatives like Spector who come from the same party are suing him for Incompetance! LOL. He's a lame duck to a degree I have never seen before. Congress won't let Bush get anything through even though its a republican Majority! hahah! Anyway I have no idea what will happen in November, the democratic fundraising advantage is ominious and speaks volumes.
