I didn't look at the second one. As to it being closer then a person would have thought I guess I'm not that surprised. It's a word that seems quite over used at this point. I mean I think a case can be made that the NYT publishing classified information perhaps committed treason and a case can perhaps be made that Kerry committed treason by meeting with the enemy in Paris while still a commissioned officer in the USN, but since nobody is making that case legally it's just mental masturbation. I prefer the real thing. <VBG>
