Lebanon - we weren't invovled, except indirectly in that we armed and politically supported the aggressor (Israel). OK, we bombed some civilians from our warships, but that was minor.

Iraq - We did help defend Kuwait, but a strong case can be made that Kuwait was the aggressor, and that they did this because they expected us to help them.

"The best case you have is the 2003 invasion of Iraq" - It's one of many. There's Guatemala, Nicaragua, Chile, Greece, Cuba, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Korea, Japan, Grenada, El Salvador, etc.
