That is the nature of asymetrical conflict these days.

(Kinda reminds me of the way the British Redcoats thought the American insurgents were 'cowardly' because we didn't seem to want to dress in bright red coats and line up to be shot by their overwhelmingly superior forces. Not an exact analogy, but one gets the idea....)
