Ailes said Olbermann picks on Fox's O'Reilly to boost his ratings.

So does Stephen Colbert, whose entire schtick is based upon a persona that emulates O'Reilly.

He is easy to caricaturize.

Olbemann's actions are just another version of a political cartoon.

I would encourage lampooning any and all political figures early and often.
