Having lived in Belgium, UK and Canada and spent quite a bit of time in the USA, I will have to find somewhere else in that case. Belgium is great, but climatically, too much like England. Also, very flat and not a lot of Pacific Ocean available [or other pleasant seas]. Perhaps southern California parts would be okay for me.

Or maybe I can find another solution.
