I think the people of America might have worn the crown of
"the most aggressive people on earth" in earlier years, yes, but the Crown is now held by the Militant Israelis (note "militant" Israelis, not Israelis generally).


This generation are the descendants of those that suffered massively at the hands of Hitler, and (guess what?) they have a deep-seated REACTION. They are caught in a vicious cycle which they act out ferociously.

This repetitive cycle is described in Psychology circles as
KARPMAN'S TRIANGLE.

The VICTIM (of the Holocaust etc, and their descendants)
becomes the PERSECUTOR (in the present, of the Arabs)
becomes the RESCUER (still to play out in some future situation)

The whole cycle CAN BE BROKEN, but the protagonists have to
grow up. In this case, they have to learn:

COOPERATION + TOLERANCE = PEACE
