Israel has to be aggressive, they're outnumbered 10-1. That said, this Lebanon situation is terrible. Though nowhere near as bad as Iraq. Lebanon is an easy one to solve compared to Iraq. Powell was right, if Bush breaks it, he owns it. In other words we do. Bush has dumped a trillion bucks in debt on our heads, plus probably 50,000 US casualties before it's all over. Thanks a lot, GW. All this violence is due to Bush-Cheney's (lack of) foreign policy which is to ignore/threaten/badmouth anyone you don't like, then attack anyone you don't like who is easy to conquer has oilfields, then expect everyone you dissed to do whatever you want. That approach does not work at all.
