Um, yeah. I didn't say any different.

That isn't their function. I never claimed it was.

But who are the members of the Bar? Lawyers. What is their job? Well, I think it has something to do with the law. Yes, I believe it to be the case. And where do we usually get judges? Why, I believe they usually are lawyers, especially at the federal level. So it isn't a big stretch to conclude that the ABA and its members have a better grasp of constitutional law than you, unless you are hiding a past on the Supreme Court, or right wing bloggers for that matter.

Are you done with this stupid line of argument?
