There was a time when we were willing to sit down and talk, but it was you all who weren't interested; who, in fact, called us unpatriotic/unAmerican/and many other names for not willingly going to war in Iraq.

I don't remember things that way at all. There was a vigorous national debate over the war before it occurred. Furthermore, Kerry ran against the war in 2004, though he'd supported it earlier.

A vigorous debate? U guess. A majority of the American people made it very clear they wanted the weapon inspectors to be allowed to complete their job. And if it was decided we go to war, it be done under the auspices of the UN. That was not good enough for Bush. He did not allow the inspectors to finish their jobs and he invaded Iraq without the approval of the UN.

Can you name any individual American who has unjustly been deprived of a right under the Bush administration?

Every American was denied an honest debate in the decision to go to war. Bush bypassed the people and violated the Constitution by going to war without a declaration of war from Congress. There is much more but that will do for now.
