Israel intentionaly targeted the UN base.

Those laser guided bombs are rarely off target by more than a couple of feet.

If it was intentional, it is a war crime, and the leadership should be punished. Also, Israel should have to pay to rebuild the infrastructure they have destroyed. Don't hold your breath.
