Here's the pattern. A conservative points out some outrageous bios in Big Media. Some lefty challenges the conservative to defend Coulter. The conservative condemns Coulter. The liberal wins.

There's no reason in the word you or I or anyone else needs to defend or condemn Coulter. You only need to be prepared to defend what YOU say about her.

Let's see if this is worthy of a genuine, straightforward denouncement sans moral equivalence, nuance, straw men or pointing fingers at your opponents.

OK, let's look at your post on Coulter:

Denouncement? No: "I didn't & I won't"

Moral equivalence? Yes: "Coulter was making a point about the real harm that the NY Slimes had caused by illegally revealing classified info on more than one occasion that aided & abetted the enemy while we were at war."

Nuance? Yes: "IMO she reasons that by making these eye catching, over the top statements, people will discuss the underlying issues she was drawing attention to."

Pointing fingers at your opponent? Yes: "Libs have no intention of facing up to the endless series of lies, smears, slanders & sedition that are a mainstay fo the BDS inflicted left no matter how it is approached in public discourse." & "leftists zero in like a laser on Coulter's over the top statement & pretend the underlying issue was never mentioned. And even when the issues are mentioned, leftists continue to attack Coulter to the complete exclusion of the REAL ISSUES."

Well done, that's a triple play!

:-)

Tom

Coulter was making a point about the real harm that the NY Slimes had caused by illegally revealing classified info on more than one occasion that aided & abetted the enemy while we were at war.

And the Nobel Peace Prize winner was making a point about the real harm caused by Bush's war.
