Not working.

How do you know that? Do you have a link?

Obviously the vast majority of viewers aren't watching cable news at all. These programs with their partisan agendas exist to turn on the groupies, that's all.

But the people who inhabit those little corners forget that anything else exists outside their bubble. None of those shows reaches more than 1% of the whole US population.

AKA the fringe.

From the Arizona Republic last year:"Traditional network news still enjoys a commanding presence, with combined viewership of the evening news of nearly 30 million people.

All those cable "news" programs have (deservedly) pathetically small audiences.

They are all nearly unwatchable, IMO.
