Yes - you were saying you didn't know how to make money in real estate, but seems you are doing just the right thing - getting involved in improving the neighborhood and owning land before its value goes up (in contrast to US RE flippers in bubble markets). We are looking at moving my Mom's account from Citibank to UBS. Initially we got good service from Citibank but it deteriorated rapidly. They go after ultra-high net worth clients and dump all the rest like us in a low level service.
