Shouldn't everyone look very carefully, and honestly, at the science before we jump off this particular cliff?

Yes, I thinks it's most important. There is a media induced global warming circus that needs to be controlled. The B/S coming from some media sources almost makes me want to be appear as a global warming sceptic.

My point is there is a warming trend, and you have to remember that when you switch on the AC. The power needed for air conditioning presently requires the generation of greenhouse gases.

Therefore, the investment in greenhouse gas reduction is most worthwhile given the risks presented. It could even stimulate economies.

How mal investment and the usual run of human weakness for corruption are minimised is another question. A valid question of course.

A balanced assessment of weather patterns and climate risk is always good to see.

The UK is also seeing some hot weather this year too. I would have thought it would stop people complaining about the weather, it hasn't. No change there -g-
