But that was not the claim made. I questioned the claim made.

Another possible explanation is that, with high prices, there might be more creativity applied to exploration resulting in finding previously unknown reserves.

I think I'm just in claim-challenge mode today. My half-assed-claim radar is in overdrive. It does that sometimes. Still haven't heard from Mr. Lucky about how he knows that Olberman's tactic isn't working. <g>
