Exactly. That is what I said. The evidence implies that John Forbes Kerry received a general discharge prior to the Peanut Farmer arranging to change his discharge to honorable.

Regardless of what kind of discharge he received, he met with the enemy in Paris while he was an officer. Giving aid and comfort to the enemy is an act of treachery. Kerry cannot legally serve in the Senate until this impediment has been removed by an act of the Senate.
