Hi EC

lets be clear - I buy stuff even when I don't
know what I am doing - primarily because - that is
ALL the time ...

that said, your note seemed to be a road map

so

I googled Wernecke Mts (thanks for that didn't realize
THATS what were talking about) and got this back
but NOT useful insofar as I can figoar out ....

mindat.org

Had to punt here ...
mindat.org

>>>>>>>>>
Wad sord of U deposition iz dad?

Never would have thought of that but the combo of
Wernecke Mts + deposition laid a preborn chicken ....

so - methinks - try Wernecke Mts + minerals

and out popped this 200 poounder ...

gov.yk.ca

page 198 of 227 seemed to talk about mineralization
but only by referencing some other dusty document ....

in closing, thanks for the insight(s) .....
but I got zero answers ....

regards,
John

as a follow up

did find this ... (but you've probably reviewed it
already) ....

Wernecke/Ogilvie Mountains U mineralisation occurs in veinlets, on fractures & as disseminations in areas underlain by ?Early to mid-Proterozoic Wernecke Breccia (mPW) in association with iron oxide-copper-gold mineralisation. For
example at the Igor prospect (MINFILE 106E 009) U mineralisation occurs as pitchblende: 1) associated with barite & chalcopyrite in fractures/joints in the breccia, 2) as disseminations in zones of chalcopyrite-rich massive magnetite mineralisation & 3) as rims on breccia clasts & disseminations in breccia matrix. Drilling produced encouraging results including a 10.6 m intersection of 6.1% Cu, 0.089 % U O . Stream sediment (RGS) from this area contains 3 8 elevated levels of U & other elements.

John
