Makes sense to me too. Ha. Those with a house got to Heloc at artificially low rates and if they sell they get to keep up to a $500,000 profit tax free. Now the Democrats want to throw a $5,000 bone to the newbies they have been screwing all along.
Help them buy a house at some dangerous price. They remind me of Republicans. I hope they all burn in H.
