What do you think of this stock options case against Brocade's Reyes?

The problem I have with it is, there is already a major dispute between the BOD and Reyes. Therefore this is a he-said, she-said between the 2 entities. I would have preferred a more clean case of sotck options backdating since it is so widespread.

Also I don't like a criminal case against a mid level manager like the director of Human Resources, while the CFO gets a civil case. The entire board should have the criminal case, and the mid level managers the civil case. imho.
