What multinational peacekeeping force is going to want to be in Southern Lebanon? The UN? They don't have the muscle.

NATO? I doubt it.

Turkey? Maybe, but Turkey will want to be allowed to hit back at the Kurds. SEE: Pressure is building on Ankara to deal more harshly with cross-border terrorist attacks from Iraq.
