I see both the Dems and Repubs now strongly backing Israel. I think the Dems are just using the latest case of the Iraqi PM criticizing Israel to make their own brownie points. I'm disappointed in them. I wish we had a real 3rd party choice - a new Reform Party maybe, that would re-examine our entire Middle East policy, and re-examine our alliance with Israel...it upsets me to see the US resupplying Israel, and them using the bombs we make in the USA on Lebanon (and the UN)... Anybody have any ideas what we in the US can do about it - or who we can complain to? lol
