Re: "and one democracy." Of a sort.... One that maintains ethnic/religious voting restrictions (& has has yet to decide how it will handle it's so-called 'demographic challege': to 'remain Jewish' or to embrace fully Democracy....) Re: "is there a problem with funding...." That's a question for the American taxpayers to answer: do they desire to pay four to five Billion a year ad infinitum? (My own opinion might be that, if the answer is 'yes', then perhaps we should just annex the place as the 51st. State, and be done with the matter.)
