UNIFIL means UN Interim Forces...So maybe Kofi can tell us exactly WHY have the UNIFIL folks been watching the insertion of bombs, ammunition, bunkers, and tunnels being built by Hezbollah for the last 28 years?????

And Interim for twenty-eight years??????? Seems a bit excessive to me.
