Public health, business open to all- non-smokers should have the right not to be assaulted internally. If it were an activity that didn't involve fumes that would enter the bodies of others, I'd be fine with it. Chewing tobacco in bars I have no problem with. Remember, I say enjoy yourself AS LONG AS you don't hurt others. Once your enjoyment of someone hurts someone else physically, that's a problem, for me (I'll make an exception for s and m folks in the privacy of their own homes since for them being hurt is pleasure).
