When I go in to a bar I don't think I'm at risk from homosexual sex unless I ask for it. Are you acting under the assumption that voluntary actions are the same as when you are assaulted by something when you are just passively present.

Let me set you straight (pun intended)- I don't think anyone should be assaulted by homosexual sex in a bar (unless they want to be) nor should they be assaulted by smoke.
