I want the Iraq occupation to end ASAP. It has to be done somewhat carefully, but Bush-Cheney's course is a lost cause and is only creating more problems.

But you fail to get the main point. It's not the invasion itself which was so wrong, that is if Bush had been telling the truth. It was mainly the way it was done, how much they lied, how war was used, how poorly it was organized, how costly to everyone it is, how counter-productive it is, and how the results are so bad we may end up missing Saddam.

And you can criticize Kerry all you want, but he warned Bush not to do exactly what Bush did that caused the quagmire. Kerry would only go to war if we really needed to, then he would do his homework and get it done right.
