If a Democratic president had pursued exactly the same policies, and achieved exactly the same tragic results as George W. Bush, that president would have been the target of a ferocious drive for impeachment by the G.O.P. That would be a given. Look how frothy mouthed they got over Clinton telling a lie about sex. The fact that the Congress hasn't asked the hard questions about the mess we're in means that Congress needs to be impeached too. Remember to do your duty in November. Beat the republicans and beat diebold too.
